Bio
Myrtle Wade passed away peacefully with family by her side on April 20, 2022 in Kaufman, Texas. Myrtle was born in the Cedarvale community on February 15, 1931 to Robert Lee and Marie Mayfield Taylor. Myrtle was well known in the nursing industry as she served in many of the local facilities, including hospitals and nursing homes. When she was young she had a gift for crocheting afghans and making beautiful throws. To those that knew Myrtle in a special close way, knew she could be a little sassy at times. One of the absolute joys in her life was her great-great grandson, Stephen, whom Mrytle deeply loved. Myrtle is preceded in death by her parents Robert Lee and Marie, daughter Patricia Taylor, bonus kids Nathaniel and Mary Wade, grandson Jon Weatherford, sister Prudie Evans, brother Troy L. Taylor and nephew Michael Taylor.
