Obituary (from the Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow funeral home website): Mary Claudette Carrell, 84, of Allen, Texas, passed away on January 14, 2025. She was born on July 3, 1940, in McKinney, Texas, to Claude Dewey Walker and Mary (Duvall) Walker. She graduated from McKinney High School. Claudette was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. She was known for her kind heart, generosity, and love for her family. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Mary is survived by her husband W.A Carrell of Allen, Texas; daughter, Ann Carrell of Allen, Texas; grandson, Allan Carrell and wife, Kristen of McKinney, Texas; granddaughter, Jessi Fisher and husband, Brian of Prosper, Texas; great grandchildren, Cole Carrell, Rhett Fisher, Raylan Fisher and Nora Fisher. And a host of other loving family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Claude and Mary Walker. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, January 17, 2025, at Ridgeview Memorial Park, 2525 Central Expressway North, Allen, Texas 75013.
