Bio

Daughter of Frank & Sophie Sloup. Married to Henry Clinch. Boarded and graduated from Notre Dame High School in Omaha; attended College of St. Mary's in Omaha where she received her teaching certificate. She taught in various schools across the state. In 1956, Hilda moved to Omaha and graduated from the University of Nebraska - Omaha with an education degree. She taught in the OPS system, retiring in 1974. In 1976, she moved to Wahoo where she was employed as a nurse aide at Saunders County Hospital until retiring in 1992.
