Troy Gene Graham, age 65, of Kemp, Texas passed away on July 6, 2014 in Athens, Texas after a short fight against lung cancer. Troy was born October 4, 1948, in Plainview, Texas to Parker E. and Ruth Hughes Graham of Balch Springs, Texas. He was a Balch Springs police officer. He retired from Law Enforcement after 36 years of service. He is survived by daughter Tian Denell and husband Jimmy Lee Fivecoat of Kaufman, Texas; daughter Misty Rachell Graham of Forney, Texas; twin brother Roy D. Graham and wife Judy Frizzell Graham of Athens, Texas; Sister Cynthia Hurley Freeman and husband Perry of Dallas, Texas and Special friends Debbie K. Graham, Jorden Jones of Scurry, Texas, Taylor Lewis of Scurry, Texas, Jason Jones of Scurry, Texas, and Josh Jones of Scurry, Texas. He is preceded in death by Sister Ruthie Frankum Mallet; Grand Parents Parker L. and wife Jessie Whaley Graham; Roy H. Hughes; Kana Hughes Creamer and Ayden Jones. He was a Baptist. He had six Grand-Children and one great Grand-child. Many nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of your choice. Funeral services have been scheduled for Wednesday July, 9, 2014 at 10:00 AM at the Mount Olive Baptist Church of Scurry, Texas. Services are under the direction of Parker-Ashworth Funeral Home in Kaufman, Texas.
