Funeral Services Set Monday For Mrs. Derrick Funeral services for Mrs. Mabel Eldene Derrick, 64, a 22-year resident of Borger, will be conducted at 10 a.m. Monday in Minton Memorial Chapel, the Rev. R.L. Hillerby, pastor of East Side Baptist Church assisted by the Rev. Leonard Forsyth, pastor of Bible Baptist Church, officiating. Burial will be in Tishomingo, Okla. Mrs. Derrick died at North Plains Hospital Friday morning after she suffered an apparent heart attack at her home, 517-B Mississippi. She was a member of East Side Baptist Church. Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Edith Harkins, Borger; Mrs. Wanda Rhea, Borger; Mrs. Gladys Badgett, Las Vegas, Nev.; two sons, John Derrick, Las Vegas, Nev.; Calvin Derrick, Farmington, N.M.; 11 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
