Bio

Son of the late Joseph Willie Krutilek and Lottie Marie Drozd Krutilek, he served in the United States Army (Korea). He retired from Texasgulf as a lab technician with 41 years of service. He was a member of Mother of Mercy Catholic Church and was a honorary member of the Knights of Columbus. He umpired in the Washington Recreation Department for over 20 years. He was active with the Moose. On May 9, 1959, he married Patricia Ann Zapalac. He was survived by his wife; a daughter, Lisa Wingate; two grandchildren, Brad Austin Wingate and Brooke McKenzie Wingate; a brother, Milan Krutilek; two sisters, Jeralyn Prihoda and Sylvia Wiesner. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Anita Suchma, and a brother, Eugene Krutilek. His funeral was held September 9, 2006, with Father Arturo Cabra officiating.
