Brenda Elaine Lamar JANUARY 17, 1954 – DECEMBER 5, 2021 Brenda Elaine Lamar, age 67, of Canton, Texas passed away on Sunday, December 5, 2021. Brenda was born January 17, 1954, to parents, Robert Griggs and Murline Jacobs. She was a caring and outgoing woman with a green thumb; she loved gardening, as well and spending time in her greenhouse. Brenda enjoyed dancing to music and attending concerts. She loved spending time with her family, especially her kids and grandchildren; she put them all before herself at times. Brenda is preceded in death by her parents, Robert Griggs and Murline Jacobs; brother, Robert Griggs Jr. and sister, Teresa Belcher. She is survived by her husband, Richard Beeson of Canton, Tx.; children, Brandi Stanford and husband David of Southlake, Tx., Kimberly Bowden of Canton, Tx., and Sunni Arnold of Farmers Branch, Tx.; grandchildren, Grayson, Jack, Hayley, Hannah, Heidi, Harley, and Slade, Aiden, Drexin, and Demion; 5 great-grandchildren, Jude, Penelope, Pehlani, Prezlyn, and Indigo; daughters, Alexa Beeson of Athens, Tx. and Chandler Norsworthy and husband Jacob of Athens; as well as numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews. Brenda will be deeply missed by all of those she met and loved; she never knew a stranger. A Visitation will be held Friday, December 10, 2021 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm in the Chapel of Eubank Cedar Creek Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life Service; officiated by Rev. Chris Busby, will take place Saturday, December 11, 2021 at 1:00pm in the Chapel of Eubank Cedar Creek Funeral Home. MEMORIAL EUBANK CEDAR CREEK FUNERAL HOME
