Glenna Foreman passed away on June 26, 2024, in Hugo, Oklahoma, at the age of 87. She was born on June 19, 1937, in Bennington, Oklahoma, to Vernon Jesse and Willie May (Thompson) Baber. Glenna's life journey was one marked by a thirst for knowledge and a love for her roots. She earned a bachelor's degree and pursued a career as a corporate secretary in Dallas, Texas. She had a passion for history and genealogy which led her to author two books on the subject, contributing valuable knowledge to her family and the community. Beyond her professional pursuits, Glenna had varied interests. She enjoyed farming, finding pleasure in the beauty of the land. She was also a proud member of the Red Hat Society, where her vibrant spirit truly shown. She is preceded in death by her parents, Vernon and Willie Baber, her beloved husband Phillip Foreman, her brother Dwayne Forrest Baber Sr., her sister Verna Martz, sister-in-law Mary Katherine Baber, and nephews Jackie Dean Baber and William Jesse Baber.
