Harold A. Schneider, 74, of Rogers died Saturday in a Temple hospital. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 am Saturday November 5, 2022 at St. Joseph Catholic Church with Rev. Ranjun Cletus officiating. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery. Mr. Schneider was born May 3, 1948 in Rosebud to Otto Schneider and Laura Hoelscher Schneider. He graduated from Rosebud High School in 1966. He served in the U.S. Army. He married Linda Skrabanek Oct. 27, 1968 and moved to Rogers forty two years ago. He worked for the U.S. Postal Service in Rosebud and Temple for 42 years. He also raised cattle and baled hay for the public. He was a member of St. Luke Catholic Church in Temple. Mr. Schneider was preceded in death by his parents; one sister Beatrice Niekamp of Rosebud; three brothers Harvey Schneider of Temple, Bernard Schneider of Temple and William Schneider of New Mexico. Survivors include his wife Linda Schneider of Rogers; two sons Craig Schneider and his wife Angie of Rogers and David Schneider and his wife Lauren of Kellar; one daughter Melissa Royal and her husband Clif of Pleasanton; six grandchildren Dahlton Schneider of Vernon, Dakota Schneider of College Station, Cade Royal of College Station, Mason Royal of College Station, Nate Royal of Pleasanton and Finley Schneider of Kellar; three brothers Daniel Schneider of Gatesville, Charles Schneider of Cyclone and George Schneider of Heidenheimer; four sisters Arlene Wilde of Temple, Mary Helen Schigut of Temple, Margaret Mikeska of Cyclone and Carol Moore of Cameron; thirty seven nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM Friday Nov. 4, 2022 and Rosary will be recited at 7:00 PM at Scanio-Harper Funeral Home. Scanio-Harper Funeral Home
