Beatrice Niekamp, 79, of Rosebud, died Thursday, October 27, 2016, in a Temple Hospital. Services will be held at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday in St. Ann Catholic Church in Rosebud. Rev. John Kelley officiating. Burial will follow in Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery in Killeen. Mrs Niekamp was born April 11, 1937 in Cyclone to Otto and Laura Hoelscher Schneider. She graduated from Rosebud High School in 1955 and married Marvin Niekamp on July 30, 1960. She worked in Central Supply for Hospitals in Kansas City and Rosebud. She was a member of St. Ann Catholic Church and St. Ann Ladies Guild. She was preceded in death by a son, Mark Niekamp Memorials may be made to St. Ann Catholic Church. Survivors include her husband, Marvin Niekamp of Rosebud One son: Donald Niekamp and wife Lauren of Waco Five Brothers: George Schnieder of Heidenheimer, William Schneider of New Mexico, Charles Schneider of Rosebud, Harold Schneider of Rogers, and Daniel Schneider of Gatesville Four Sisters: Arlene Wilde and Mary Helen Schigut both of Temple, Margaret Mikeska of Cyclone and Carol Moore of Cameron 4 Grandchildren and 1 Great Grandchild Rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. Tuesday at Cook-Gerngross-Green-Patterson Funeral Home in Rosebud.
