Emil Nekuda rites held in California Emil Nekuda, 79, died Aug. 20, 1981 at West Lake Village in California. He was born on June 22, 1902 in Eastern Nebraska and moved to Western Nebraska in his childhood. He married Louise Vorovka in 1927 in Hemingford and the couple lived and farmed west of Hemingford, Nebraska until 1941. They moved to California and he worked for Douglas Aircraft and in later years he was an electrical contractor and retired in 1967. Survivors include: Wife Louise of 2653 Hartland Circle, West Lake Village, CA 91361 Daughters: Mildred Carnot of Sherman Oaks, CA Arlene Worner of Woodland Hills, CA Brother-in-law and wife - Mr. & Mrs. George Vorovka of Alliance 6 grandchildren 2 great grandchildren Emil was an active in the Farmers Union and ZCBJ Lodge while living in Nebraska and in the American Sokol in California Service held at the Chapel of the Palms in West Wood Village Internment at Forest Lawn Cemtery in Glendale, CA
