LILLIAN CHAMBERS Services for Mrs. Lillian H. Chambers, 72, a former National City resident who died at her San Diego home Friday, were Tuesday at Heath Funeral Home. Born in Nebraska, Mrs. Chambers live in National City at 905 E. 18th St. from 1926 until she moved to San Diego in 1958. Her husband, John; a daughter Marlene, and three grandsons survive.
