Bio
Marie Marshall, 83, passed away on Tuesday, April 23, 2024 in a local care center. She was a native of Leesville and had been resident of Sulphur for over 50 years. Marie retired as an X-ray Assistant with West Calcasieu Cameron Hospital and worked for a local security company. She had enjoyed reading, working crossword puzzles, family get togethers, going to high school football games, and being outdoors, especially camping at Toledo Bend. Survivors include her son, her siblings, her granddaughter, and a great-grandson. She is preceded in death by her husband, Harva Leyon Marshall; her children, Tina Marshall and Carl Marshall; her parents, Ollie and Elsie Nash; and a sister, Rethel Brister.
