Bio
Sybil E. Srnensky, 85, went home to the Lord on October 6th 2013, from her home in Taylor with her family by her side. Sybil was born on March 5th 1928 to Joe M. & Mary Zezulka in Taylor. Sybil married Adolph J. Srnensky in Taylor on May 26 1945. Sybil loved the outdoors, and could often be found working in her flower garden. She was proud of her many years working in the school cafeteria feeding the children. Sybil was a proud member of St. Mary Catholic Church, the Catholic Daughters of America, and the VFW Ladies Auxiliary. She will be missed by her family. Preceding her in death are her parents, Joe M. & Mary Zezulka; her beloved husband Adolph J. Srnensky; a sister, Dorothy Williams; and her brothers, Johnny, Benny, and Henry. Surviving her is her daughter Connie (husband Mark) Urbis; her son Kelly (wife Cindy) Srnensky; her grandchildren Melanie (husband Patrick), Seth, Ryan; and a great grandchild, Justyce Worlds. She is also survived by her brothers Alex (wife Theresa) Zezulka, Jerry Zezulka, Eugene (wife Audrey) Zezulka; and her sisters Betty (husband Jon) Carpenter, Evelyn Kaatz, and many nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Seth Srnensky, Ryan Srnensky, Kenneth Handrick, Kevin Handrick, Jon Carpenter, and Glen Konarek. The family wishes to extend their sincerest thanks to Lucy Kasper and her son Tommy, Scott & White Hospice, Sandy, Vickie, and Jasmine, and an extra special thanks to hospice volunteer, Vesta Ryan. Visitation of family and friends will be held at Condra Funeral Home at 6pm on Wednesday October 9th 2013, with a Rosary being performed at 7pm. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Mary's Catholic Church of Taylor, on Thursday October 10th at 2pm. Sybil will be laid to rest in St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery.
