Bio
Billy Richard Dudek passed from this life on March 26, 2024, at home, at the age of 78. He was born in Granite, Oklahoma on December 23, 1945, to Frank H. Dudek and Millie (Baca) Dudek. He was the last of six children. Billy grew up on the family farm near Willow, where they raised just about everything. This helped him to learn a great work ethic and what it means to truly be self-reliant. He attended his early school years at Lake Creek, they consolidated with Granite where he graduated high school. Billy married the love of his life Sue Petzold, and to this union two children were born, Dusty, and Dodie. They continued the legacy of farming the family farm and raising their children there. Billy was a member of the St. John's Lutheran Church, liked to fish, quail hunt, loved to talk and had a great sense of humor. He was preceded in death by parents Frank and Millie Dudek, daughter Dodie Michelle Dudek, brother Frank "Sonny" Dudek, and sisters Irene Graham, Ann Copeland, Mildred Ritter, and Paulin Pierce.
