Roswell Daily Record - September 10, 1995 - page 7 Roscoe Sims Owned Sims Auto Salvage Roscoe Sims Services are scheduled for 10 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 12, at the First Baptist Church, for Roscoe Sims, 83, of Roswell, who passed away Sept. 8, 1995, at Eastern New Mexico Medical Center. The Rev. Sammy Sims, Mr. Sims Son, of Crestview Baptist Church of Big Spring, Texas, will conduct the service. Dr. Bobby Renfro of the First Baptist Church will assist. Interment will follow at South Park Cemetery. Roscoe was born July 3, 1912, in Jack County, Texas, to Ben and Mary Jane Sims. He married Harriett Sowers on Sept. 5, 1946, in Eliasville, Texas.
