Bio

Ronnie Stevens (PaPa) of Ennis, Texas, passed away on Wednesday, September 26, 2023, at the age of 77. He died peacefully surrounded by loved ones. Ronnie was born on December 29, 1945, in Ennis, Texas, to Alfred and Katheryn Brumley Stevens. Ronnie loved All things outdoors. In 1984 he married the love of his life, Mary Warren. They lived together almost inseparable for over 39 years. For numerous years Ronnie worked for Southwestern Bell and AT&T before forming his own business, Stevens Systems. He is preceded in death by his parents. A Celebration of his life will be held on Friday, September 29, 2023, at 2 p.m. in the J.E. Keever Mortuary Chapel of Ennis with Gary Tidwell officiating. Internment will follow in Myrtle Cemetery under the direction of J.E. Keever Mortuary, Inc.
