Bio
Mark William Stevenson, 69, of DeKalb, IL, passed away on February 15, 2024, in Rochelle, IL. Mark was born Sycamore, IL, to Ruth (Troutman) Stevenson and Harold Stevenson on July 29, 1954. He went to school at Sycamore High School. He worked as a postal worker for the United States Postal Service for 39 years. He was involved in the Sycamore softball league as a coach and player for a number of years. Mark is preceded in death by his mother, Ruth; his father, Harold and his brother, Jack Minnihan (Spokane, WA). Mark is survived by his three sons; as well as his two grandchildren. More information on his celebration of life will be made available at a later date. Donations can be made in our dad's memory and sent to Beverage-Lyons Family Funeral Home, 704 N. 6th St. Rochelle, IL 61068, for memorials to be decided later. Arrangements were entrusted to Beverage-Lyons Family Funeral Home.
