In Memoriam MARY LOUISE WILLIAMS December 8, 1935 ~ January 16, 2024 (age 88) Mary Louise Williams, 88 of Duncanville, passed away January 16, 2024 at Duncanville, Texas. She was born December 8, 1935, at Tom, Oklahoma, the daughter of Gordon and Mamye Grant. She married Douglas Williams at Hugo, Oklahoma on December 6, 1980. Mary was a floral designer, managing a flower shop for Jim Norwood next to the funeral home and had also worked for Idabel Florists before moving to Duncanville in 1980. There she worked for the Duncanville Florist for over thirty years. She was the longest tenant at the Red Bird Village Apartments. Mary loved to cook. She was given the gift to gab and had a lot of special friends she loved to visit with, Patti, Sherry, Sandra and Wendy, just to name a few. She enjoyed helping people and never met a stranger. Her grandchildren and great-grandchildren were very dear to her and she loved to be involved with them, even when it meant sitting on the floor in your Christmas pajamas reading "Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer". She also loved going to the Choctaw Casino. Mary is survived by her son, Jim Justus and wife, Kim of Teague, Texas; daughter, Vicki Justus of Idabel and Diane Downard of Coalgate; step-sons, Dane Williams of Judsonia, Arkansas and Nick Keith Williams and wife, Cindy of Texarkana, Arkansas; ten grandchildren; twenty great-grandchildren, one great-great-granddaughter, numerous other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Douglas Williams; son, Johnny Justus; brothers and sisters-in-law, Phil and Dian Grant and John and Nelda Grant; and step-sons, Jimmy Williams and Kevin Williams. A celebration of life service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, January 19, 2024 at the Clardy Funeral Service Chapel with Marlin Vaught officiating. Interment will be in the Denison Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Tom Cemetery Association, PO Box 183, Haworth, OK 74740.
