⬥︎MRS. MARY E. SHORT Mrs. Mary E. Short, 86, of 300 W. Exchange died in a hospital Thursday after an illness of three years. Born in Joshua, she had lived in Fort Worth 55 years. She was a Baptist. Mrs. Short is survived by a son, C. E. Short, and six daughters, Mrs. Mae Shivers, Mrs. Lillie Dees, Mrs. Louise Mitchell, Mrs. Lois Parks, Mrs. Marie Williamson, and Mrs. Pearl Davis, of Fort Worth; two sisters, Miss. Edna Teague of McKinney and Mrs. Maude Ellis of Muskogee, Okla.; two brothers, Guy Gipson of California and Frank Teague of Corpus Christi; 25 grandchildren and 44 great-grandchildren.
