⬥︎William James Short William James Short, 58, died at his home, 639 Samuels Avenue, Sunday at 3:30 p.m. Funeral services will be at the residence this afternoon at 4 o'clock. Rev. J. C. Boyd, pastor of Boulevard Baptist Church, officiating. Burial will be in Mount Olivet Cemetery. Short is survived by six daughters, Mrs. Pearl Dees, Mrs. Willie Howard, Mrs. Mary Shizers, and Misses Marie, Lois and Louise Short; and four sons, Charles, Carl, Lawrence, and C. E. Short, all of Fort Worth.
