The Chinook Opinion (MT), 28 Nov 1918 Reuben Dalke Reuben Dalke, a well-known Hydro farmer, died at the hospital Wednesday evening of an attack of influenza pneumonia. His funeral took place at Hydro cemetery, the burial being at the cemetery there. Mr. Dalke was brought to the county emergency hospital in serious condition from his home in the north country and was never able to rally. Mr. Dalke was 25 years of age and left a wife, a number of brothers and father. --- Great Falls Tribune (MT), 28 Nov 1918 Man of Hydro Dies Leaving Young Children Chinook, Nov. 27--The funeral services of Ruben Dalke were conducted Tuesday afternoon at Hydro by the pastor of the Mennonite church. Burial was at Hydro beside the grave of his mother, Mrs. Peter Dalke. He leaves a young wife and two little children, aged 2 years and 2 months.
