Bio

Great Falls Tribune (MT), 7 Sept 1917 Chinook, Sept. 6--The body of Mrs. Peter Dalke of Hydro, who died at the Chinook hotel, was removed to her home at Hydro, where the funeral services were conducted in the Mennonite church and interment made in the Mennonite cemetery in that locality. Mrs. Dalke was born in South Russia in 1869, and came to America in 1874, and to Montana in 1914. She was the mother of nine sons and one daughter, seven sons surviving her besides her husband, her aged parents, and several brothers and sisters living in Kansas. Death was due to stomach trouble, which had caused an illness of several months duration.
