Rubin R. Culak, 92, formerly of Moulton, TX, passed away Monday, September 13, 2021. Rubin was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed fishing, hunting, and dancing. Beloved father of Suzan Puralewski, Rubin R. Culak, Jr., and Thomas Allen Culak; dear grandfather of Paul (Sharon) Puralewski, Melissa Puralewski, Kathleen (Jason) Townsend, Adam (Tina) Puralewski, Rubin R. (LaDonna) Culak III, and Jonathan Culak; proud great grandfather of Justin, Shelby, Jordan, Alyssa, Leonard, and Margaret; fond brother of Helen (the late Oscar) Welfel, the late Mary Ann (the late Harman) Whited, and the late Adolf (the late Iris). Visitation Sunday, September 19 from 4:00pm to 8:00pm at Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory 950 South Bartlett Rd. (at Stearns Rd.), Bartlett. Funeral Monday 10:30am. Interment St. Adalbert Cemetery.
