Memorial services for Oliver Blease Herring, 85, of Tyler are scheduled for 3:00 P.M., Wednesday, February 19, 2014 at East Tyler Baptist Church with Pastor Jimmy Culpepper officiating under the direction of Lloyd James Funeral Home. Interment will be in Liberty Hill Cemetery. Oliver passed away on Monday, February 10, 2014, in Tyler. He was born on May 2, 1928 in Mineola to Walter and Liddie Herring. He is survived by one son, Billy Clyde Herring of Tyler; grandchildren, Cory and Angela; 3 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Betty, and son, Eddy Herring. Obit From Lloyd James F. H. Tyler,TX.
