Services for Pensacola "Penny" Roycroft, 77, Pittsburg, are scheduled for 3 p.m. Friday at Memorial Funeral Home chapel, Tyler. Burial will be in Tyler Memorial Park Cemetery. Mrs. Roycroft died July 19 in a Pittsburg nursing home. She was born Nov 19, 1923, in Whitehouse, and lived in Tyler most of her life. She moved to the Gilmer/Pittsburg area recently. She was a cashier for Moore Middle School and a member of Trinity Baptist Church and Sylvania Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Travis Roycroft; sister, Vera McRee; and brother, Walter B. Herring. Survivors include daughter, Ellen Sustaire, Gilmer; son, Johnny Roycroft, Tyer; brother, Oliver Herring, Tyler; four grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews. Pallbearers include Steven Delaney, Gary Stevens, Matthew Cromer, Mike Gunter, Jeremy Johnson and J. T. Sustaire.
