Eva Nell Wilson SEPTEMBER 9, 1924 – SEPTEMBER 29, 2020 Eva Nell Glossup Wilson, 96, died September 29, 2020 in Athens, Texas at the Advanced Rehabilitation Center. Mrs. Wilson was born September 9, 1924 in Posey Texas, the daughter of James Martin and Georgia (Johnston) Glossup. She married Charles Wilson March 12, 1966 in Dallas, Texas. He preceded her in death in 2016. Mrs. Wilson did clerical work for the Deluxe check printing company in Dallas, Texas for many years. Survivors include two sisters, Ida Bratcher of Sulphur Springs, Texas and Mildred Reisbeck of Cheyenne, Wyoming; and a brother, Weldon Glossup, of Posey, Texas; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; an infant son, Dickie Vandagriff; sisters, Mary Ruth Sparkman, and Allie Glossup, and a brother, Martin Glossup. A special thank you to niece, Cindy Strother, for the excellent job of caring for Aunt Eva the past few years. A celebration of life will be held for Mrs. Wilson at a later date at the Emblem Cemetery in Hopkins County, Texas. Married Charles Lee Wilson in 1966 in Dallas. I could not locate any further information on him.
