Bio

Clarence F. May, 58, of Waco, a former resident of Athens, died Sunday afternoon in a Terrell hospital after a lengthly illness. Services were pending Monday at the Carroll-Lehr Funeral Home in Athens. He was a veteran of World War II. Survivors are one daughter, Mrs. William B Thomason of Athens; four brothers, Kenneth May of Trinidad, Wade and Edgar both of Corsicana and Cylde of Lamessa; one sister, Mrs. Evelyn Lawhenore of Galveston, and five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
