Ronald Gene Baker, age 58, of Elkins, Arkansas, died Sunday, September 3, 2023, at Washington Regional Medical Center, Fayetteville. He was born November 20, 1964, at Fayetteville, the son of Dave Wilburn and Norma Sue (Gabbard) Baker. Ronald and Elizabeth Ann "Liz" Clark were married June 15, 1985, at Japton, Arkansas; and they were parents of three children. He was a pressman for Packaging Specialties at Fayetteville. Ronald was preceded in death by his parents; and a son, Robert Dale Baker. Survivors include his wife; a son, Richard Baker of Russellville; a daughter, Laura (and Kyle) Yates of Delaney; four granddaughters; a brother, Sherman (and Dede) Baker of Delaney; three sisters, Carol Shepherd of Delaney, Lila (and Mike) Glenn of Patrick and Marsha (and John) Johnston of Goshen; and many nieces, nephews, and friends. Visitation is 5:00 - 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, September 6, 2023, at Brashears Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m., Thursday, September 7, 2023, at Brannon Mountain Church with Russell Shackelford officiating. Interment will follow at Patrick Cemetery. Services are entrusted to Brashears Funeral Home of Huntsville.
