Mrs. Starkey MINEOLA - Graveside rites for Mrs. Icie Starkey, 75, of Mineola are set at 2 p.m. Saturday in the West Mountain Cemetery with the Rev. G. B. Ednsley officiating. She died early Thursday in a Mineola hospital after a brief illness. She had moved here from Big Sandy in 1967, where she was a retired seamstress, and was a Baptist. Survivors include a son, Hardy Moody of Big Sandy; a daughter, Mrs. Jackie Armsworthy of Mineola; a brother, Arnold Starkey of Oklahoma; two sisters, Mrs. Eron Roach of Hooks and Mrs. Agnes Bates of White Oak.
