Cernohlavek, 80, of Omaha, NE, formerly of rural Prague, NE, entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, August 15, 2023 at Methodist Hospital in Omaha, NE. He was born January 14, 1943 near Plasi to Anton and Antoinette (Vanek) Cernohlavek. He attended District 106 country school and farmed with his parents for most of his life. He was a past member of Sts. Cyril & Methodius Catholic Church. He is survived by his sisters, Arlene (Larry Bouza) Shreve of Omaha, NE and Bernice (Richard) Sieber of Geneva, NE; many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Anton and Antoinette (Vanek) Cernohlavek; brother, Richard Cernohlavek.
