Bio

Mr. Frizzell was born in Kentucky. He joined the Confederate army when very young. He enlisted on 4/27/1864 in Benton, Marshall, KY. He was in Forrest's command, Co. G, 3rd, Kentucky regiment ans was a gallant soldier. He moved to Texas with his family in 1866, married Cora Ware Dec. 13, 1870. Five children were born of this union, two of whom, Mrs. Edwin Harris and Miss Ella Frizzell, passed away several years ago. Mrs. Jerome Davis of Chandler, Mrs. Jno B. Broom of Athens and E. H. Frizzell of the Pine Grove community. Mr. Frizzell is survived by his wife, a sister Mrs. D. M. Morgan and a brother W. A. Frizzell both of the city.
