Bio
Danny Lee Zaidle Sr., 71, passed away and went to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Thursday March 30, 2023. Danny was born to Leon and Mary Sue (Chandler) Zaidle on 4 February 1952 in Ennis, Texas. He grew up in Garland and graduated from Garland High School in 1969 and then completed carpentry apprenticeship school. On February 27, 1970 he married Sheila Ann Dickson and they made their home in Garland-Mesquite before moving to Ennis in 1981. He was employed at Freeman Trade Show, Exhibit, and Event Company for 38 years where he served as a carpenter, shop foreman, then a project manager. He was a member and deacon of Baylor Baptist Church, SPJST and a Mason. He is survived by one son, Danny Zaidle, Jr. and his wife, Ana of El Paso, TX, Angela Zaidle of Allen, TX; five grandchildren (Geoffrey, Christopher, Anastasia, Lauren, and Mary); one Sister, Murvie McGuire of Dallas, TX, and his church family at Baylor Baptist Church in Ennis, TX. He is preceded in death by his wife, parents, brother Doug and sister Carolyn. Visitation will be Wednesday, April 12, 2023 from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. in the J. E. Keever Mortuary Chapel in Ennis. Services of Danny's Life Celebration will be Thursday, April 13, 2023 at 10 a.m. in the same location with Bro. Chet Hensley, pastor of Baylor Baptist Church, officiating. Pallbearers Troy Smiley, Tyler Miller, Matt Reams, Frank Romero, Tom Tolar and Freddy Santos. Honorary pallbearers the deacons of Baylor Baptist Church. Interment will be in Myrtle Cemetery under the direction of J. E. Keever Mortuary, Inc.
