Dorothy Jane Kirby, age 75, of Mesquite, TX, passed away on February 19, 2020. She was born September 30, 1944, in Dallas to Charlie James Kirby and Ethel Mae Kirby. Dorothy was a member of First Baptist of Sunnyvale. She attended North Texas State University. Dorothy was a fun-loving woman and a tremendously loving aunt. She was an avid exerciser and she loved to workout with her SilverSneakers group. Dorothy loved her family dearly. Her presence will be deeply missed. Dorothy is survived by **living omitted** A graveside service will be held at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, February 25, 2020, at Nevada Cemetery. A gathering of family and friends will take place on Monday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at The Gathering at Rest Haven Funeral Home-Rockwall Location. Rest Haven Funeral Home - Rockwall
