Bio

Tom Harper's mother was Martha J. (Mattie) McCrary Harper, b. 1832 in South Carolina. She died between 1867 and 1869, 1867 being the year her last child was born and 1869 being the year her husband re-married (to Sophrona Clements). Tom and Ophelia Harper had two children who are not shown below: Myrtle, born in 1892. Irene, born in 1895, who married John C. Palmer of Orr, Oklahoma. They had two children, Mary and Louise. John Palmer is in the Old Waverly Cemetery in Walker County, Texas. Mary is in the Mount Olivet Cemetery in Fort Worth, Texas. No information is available for Irene and Louise.
