Adrienne Ann was born on Thursday, July 28, 1932, in Altoga, Collin County, Texas, to the late Weldon Ardith Reed and Katheryne Ray Reed. In her first years of grammar school, Ann attended a one-room school with six grades in Altoga, with her uncle as the teacher. She met the love of her life, James, in Celina in November 1949, while he was in the U.S. Air Force. After Ann graduated from Denton High School in 1950, she and James married on Saturday, December 23, 1950, and they had just recently celebrated 56 wonderful years of marriage. They moved to Arlington in September 1955, and raised three children. A devout Christian, she was a charter member of Church of the Good Shepherd, United Methodist, and loved the Lord Jesus dearly. A doting and loving mother and grandmother, Ann enjoyed spending time with family and friends as well as cooking, baking, shopping, and spoiling the grandchildren. She also had a great passion for the University of Texas. All who knew her will remember her as one of God's angels. The Hill family would like to thank the doctors, nurses, and staff at Baylor Medical Center in Dallas for their loving care and compassion. Survivors: Her loving husband of 56 years, James G.
