Jeffrey Wayne Cotten January 24, 1971 - April 2, 2023 Jeffrey Wayne Cotten, 52, of Kemp, Texas passed away on April 2, 2023 in Tyler, Texas. Jeffrey was born in Dallas, Texas on January 24, 1971 to Jerry and Diane Patrick Cotton. Jeffrey was raised in Quinlan, Texas and later attended Remington Pharmacy School to become a Pharmacy Tech where he was employed at Walmart Pharmacy for some time. Jeffrey enjoyed a variety of hobbies. He enjoyed his off time listening to music, gaming, bowling with friends and roller skating. Jeffrey is proceeded in death by his parents. He leaves behind his two daughters Rachel Cotten and fiancé Tristyn Cote; Stephanie Cotten and one brother Joey Cotton and wife, Tracy. The memorial service will be on April 15, 2023, at 10:00 AM at Mullin Fuller Funeral Home in Wills Point, Texas.
