Bio

Dianah Lee Cotten, 72, of Quinlan went to be with her Lord and Savior Monday, March 20, 2017 at her residence. A Memorial service celebrating Dianah’s life will be held at 2:00 P.M. Friday, March 24, 2017 at Ingram Funeral Home with Judge Hershey Barnett officiating. Dianah was born October 26, 1944 in Greenville, Texas to Bernice Lee Patrick and Robbie Novelle Chaney Patrick. She was raised and attended school in Dallas. Dianah worked as a data processor for Redmond Homes and later Sabine Oil Company. She moved to Quinlan in 1984 and commuted to Dallas until she retired. After she retired, she entered the work place again working for Oakley Hamburgers in West Tawakoni and Hunt County Hamburger in Quinlan. Dianah was such a delightful lady to all of her customers. She always had a smile and had an incredible memory. If you were a regular at one of these restaurants, she knew what you wanted before you even placed your order. Dianah was a member of Quinlan Church of Christ. She is preceded in death by her parents. She is loved and will be missed by her sons Joe Cotton and wife Tracy of Edmond, Oklahoma and Jeff Cotten and wife Nichole of Quinlan; grandchildren Ryan, Hailee, Rachel, and Stephanie; sisters Judy Sample and husband Preston of Gun Barrel City, Bobbie Barton of Hawk Cove and Evelyn Ford and husband Gary of Hawk Cove.
