Source: Daily Ardmoreite • HEALDTON -- Service for Audrey Ann Kennedy, 80, will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 4, 2001, at the Assembly of God Church with Bro. John Harris officiating. Interment will be at Mount Olive Cemetery under the direction of Spivey's Reser Funeral Home. Mrs. Kennedy was born June 2, 1921, in Ringling, to Jerry L. and Lela Faye Riley Morriss. She died Dec. 2, 2001, in Healdton. She graduated from Ringling High School and married Al Kennedy on March 17, 1941, in Ringling. Audrey worked for J.C. Penney Company and Rothchild's in their sales departments for several years. As her sisters passed away, she became a mother to her nieces and nephews. She and Al had lived in Healdton since 1955. She was a member of the Assembly of God Church. Survivors include her husband, of the home; a son, Danny Al Kennedy, Oklahoma City; a daughter, Allyn Faye Kennedy, Highland, Calif.; six grandchildren, Ann, Michelle, Victor, Michael, Melanie and Melissa; nine great-grandchildren, Morgan, Mikayla, Kristian, Kennedy, Danielle, Madison, Jackson, Jonathan and Abigail; numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a son, Willis Ray Kennedy; her parents; seven sisters, Floda A. Bailey, Dollie Folsom, Ella Morriss, Stella Knight, Clorine Lockwood, Lela Faye Ryan and Letha Jolley. Bearers will be Joe Tayar, Lavell Engle, Dan Ulberg, Michael Hearon, Rick Herrin and Cameron Herrin.
