In Loving Memory : Carolyn Joann Duran, age 63 of Westminster, Texas passed away January 21, 2023. She was born March 9, 1959 to J. W. and Anna Ida (Richadson) Lindsey in Leonard, Texas. Carolyn married Frank Duran in McKinney, Texas on November 2, 1979. She loved collecting all things old, antiquing, reading, and gardening. Carolyn worked as a Parts Inventory Specialist for more than 12 years with Lattimore Materials in McKinney and retired in 2010 as a Counter Salesperson and clerk for more than 13 years with the Automotive Green Light Auto Parts Store and Big A Auto at the same location in McKinney. Caroyn loved her family very much. She loved people, her customers and venders and made lifelong friends easily. She is survived by sons, Shaun M. [Marcus] Duran, Frank C. [Cristopher] Duran of Westminster, Texas; grandson, Aleczander R. [Rain] Duran of Westminster Texas; sister, Mary A. [Anna] Tuley of Sherman Texas and numerous nieces and nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents, her brothers, Charles [Ray], James [Edward]and Bobby [Joe] Lindsey and brother-in-law, James (Jim) Tuley. A Remembrance Gathering will be held from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday, January 26, 2023 at Turrentine-Jacksom-Morrow Funeral Home in Allen, Texas.
