March 22, 1937 – March 2, 2019 PORT ORCHARD, Wash. – Charles Allen McGraw passed away March 2, 2019, at his home in Port Orchard. He was 81. He was preceded in death by his parents, brother Robert and Gearld, sisters Anna Lamb, Betty Baker, Dorothy Clark, Florence Snow, Judy Harris and Sandra (Mark )Oliver. He was born to Daisy and Clifford McGraw in Torrington on March 22, 1938. He attended and graduated from Huntley High School in 1957. He then joined the Army and served in Korea. Upon his return from the service, he met and married Hilda Hale. They had a son, Michael. He and Hilda divorced and Charles and Michael moved to Chicago, Ill. There he met and married Karen Wood. Upon Karen's death, Charles moved back to Torrington. He worked at TDS then at Kelly's Supermarket. He retired and moved to Port Orchard. Charles is survived by his son, Michael, sister June Robertson and numerous nieces and nephews. Cremation has taken place and inurnment was held in Rockford, IL.
