Bio

He was the son of Edward A. Hall and Mary A. Franklin, per death certificate. Nueces County marriage records indicate that Joe P. Hall wed Mary Louise Braly in 1938. Survivors included his wife; two sons, Edward and John; two daughters, Mary Jo and Judith Fay, all of Corpus Christi; three sisters, Mrs. J. W. Halbrook and Mrs. Magdalene Wharton, both of Corpus Christi, and Mrs. Cynthia Wharton of Laredo; and two brothers, Pat of Houston and John of McAllen ("Corpus Christi Caller," April 6, 1954).
