Alvina Schroeder was born September 1, 1904 in Texas, USA, to August Schroeder & Hulda Elizabeth Groff (Graff) Schroeder. Alvina grew-up in the Bellville, Austin, Texas, USA area. She had a younger sister named Lona (Lonie) who was born December 11, 1907. Lonie married Max Hubert (M. H. or Tex) Crittenden. Alvina married at least three times that this researcher has found, to-date: She first married Charles Kenneth (Kenneth) Vaughan between 1925 and 1929. To this union was born: ================================== Lorene Vaughan ================================== Kenneth passed away April 12, 1936 due to extensive burns he received from a heater explosion in their home. Second, she married Walter George Surovik on July 26, 1941 in Austin, Texas, USA. No children were found, as yet, for this union. Thirdly, she married Murray Edmond Talley.
