Debbie Lea Haiduk, 68, of Muldoon, TX passed away on Monday, August 29, 2022, in Georgetown, TX. She was born on January 6, 1954 in Morton, TX to Chester Vergle Medders and Linda Joyce Criswell. Debbie was co-owner of Austin Business Services and Texas Bookkeeping Services with husband James Haiduk. She was a great granddaughter of John Yancey Criswell, Sr. who was a member/owner in the Stephen F. Austins Third Colony in Matagorda. Debbie is survived by her husband James Haiduk; son James Lima (Amber) of Leander, TX; daughters Shanna Reach of Lago Vista, TX and Wendy Lynch (Jeff) of Midland, TX; sisters Sherry Hampton (Mike) of Houston, TX, Cathy Templeton (Phil) of Oklahoma City, OK and Jeannie Smith of Enid, OK; grandchildren Holly Lima, Kiersten Lima, Gideon Lima, Memphis Reach and Cohen Reach; and several nieces and nephews. Debbie is preceded in death by her father Chester Vergle Medders; mother Linda Joyce Criswell; and brother-in-law Dean Smith. The service for Debbie will be held on Thursday, September 1, 2022 at 10:30 AM at Smith Funeral Home in Flatonia, TX and will start accepting family and friends at 10:00 AM. Burial will follow in the Pin Oak Cemetery.
