Bio
Funeral Mass for Louis Paul Saha, 90, of El Maton, was 2 p. m. Monday at St. Peter's Catholic Church in Blessing with the Rev. Peter Higgins officiating. Burial followed at St. Peter's Catholic Cemetery in Blessing. A rosary was said at 7 p. m. Sunday. Mr. Saha was born July 22, 1904 in Frydek to Joseph and Josephine Buchala Saha and died August 27, 1994. Mr. Saha had been a resident of El Maton since 1927 and was a member of St. Peter's Methodist Church. He was a past Secretary Treasurer and 60 year member of the KJT. Survivors include: his wife, Louise Hickl Saha of El Maton; one daughter and son-in-law, Ella and Wesley Stanley of Point Comfort; by four sons and three daughters-in-law, Gilbert and Dorothy Saha of Bay City, Alvin and Flo Saha of Angleton, Louis and Ann Saha of El Maton, and Dennis Saha of Huntington, Calif., by 17 grandchildren; and by 13 great grandchildren. Pallbearers were Gilbert Saha, Alvin Saha, Louis Saha, Dennis Saha, Wesley Stanley and Lawrence Hickl. Arrangements are with Taylor Bros. Funeral Home in Bay City. Daily Tribune , August 30, 1994
