Dennis was born on June 4, 1949 and passed away in November 2008. Dennis was a resident of Macon, Missouri at the time of his passing. He graduated from Creighton University in 1975. He was married to Connie. Funeral services will be Thursday, November 6, 2008 at 11:00 am at the Macon Expo Center, with Rick McVicker and Jamie Varvaro officiating. Visitation will be Wednesday evening from 4:00 to 8:00 pm at the Expo Center. Lunch will be served following the funeral service at the Community of Christ Church in Bevier. Family suggests memorial to the Community of Christ Church in Bevier or the American Cancer Society. --- Dennis Lee Argotsinger, 59, of Macon, MO. passed away Nov. 1 in Omaha, Neb. Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. Nov. 6 at the Macon Expo Center, Macon, Mo. with Rick McVicker and Jamie Varvaro officiating. Family suggests memorial to the Community of Christ Church in Bevier or the American Cancer Society. Dennis was born on June 4, 1949, in Denison, the son of Kenneth and Betty (Riddle) Argotsinger. On Oct. 11, 1969, he married Connie Swanson, in Davenport. He graduated from Creighton University in 1975. They moved to Macon, Mo. in 1979. Dennis was a pharmacist and lived in the Macon area for 33 years. He was an elder of the Community of Christ Church of Bevier. His greatest times were spent with his family and friends fishing, boating, golfing, watching football and helping with projects. Dennis was preceded in death by his parents, mother and father-in-law and one nephew. He is survived by his wife Connie of the home; one son Mark Argotsinger and wife Jane of Kansas City, Mo.; two daughters, Amy Goerke and husband Bill, Angela Noland and husband Bryan all of Kansas City, Mo.; seven grandchildren, Stephanie Hilsabeck, Tyler Argotsinger, Alex and Ethan Goerke, Delaney, Kaeden and Bryson Noland; three brothers, Larry Argotsinger and wife Bonnie of Oakland, Jim Argotsinger and wife Karen of Smithville, Mo., Gale Argotsinger of Omaha, Neb.; four sisters Patty McGuire of St. Joseph, Mo., Diana Lowrey and husband Jay of Omaha, Neb., Judy Anderson of Anchorage, Ala. and Debbie Fillian and husband Lee of Creston; several brothers-in-laws, and sisters-in-laws, nieces, nephews, his uncle Darrell Argotsinger and wife Mary, aunt Verdine Reed and aunt Joan North.
