Bio

Sandra "Sandy" Marie Laudenklos was born on May 24, 1965 in Albion, NE to Marvin "Dale" and Donna Jean (Travers) Laudenklos. Sandy was confirmed at Zion Lutheran Church in Albion as a youth. She attended school in Albion and graduate from Albion High School in 1983. In her younger years Sandy helped provide in-home care for relatives. Sandy later moved to Norfolk in 1998 where she resided until her death. She loved to read, keep in touch with friends on social media, and spending time with her family and friends. Sandy is survived by her mother Donna Laudenklos of Norfolk, NE; siblings: Marcella Laudenklos and Allen Laudenklos both of Norfolk, NE; Betty (Matthew) Schmeckpeper of Council Bluffs, IA; nieces and nephews: David Kohl Jr. (Josh Yeutter) of Neligh, NE; Jasmine (John) Dow of Norfolk, NE; Harley Schmeckpeper and Lucas Schmeckpeper both of Council Bluffs, IA; Kimberlee Wirges of Norfolk, NE; Makayla Schmeckpeper and Emily Schmeckpeper both of Council Bluffs, IA; great-niece Chevelle Dow of Norfolk, NE; great-nephew: Bentlee Dow of Norfolk, NE; and family friend: Michael Wirges of Meadow Grove, NE. She was preceded in death by her father Marvin "Dale" Laudenklos; uncle: Alvin Laudenklos; and nephew: Alex Schmeckpeper.
