Funeral services for Durward Chester Richardson were held Thursday, April 20, at 2:00 p.m. at the Stewart Baptist Church. Officiating were Rev. J. W. Noland and Mr. Dan S. Beardain. Burial was in the Milligan Springs cemetery with Lee Funeral Home of Winona in charge. Mr. Richardson died April 19 at the Kilmichael Hospital. He was 71 years old. He was a native of Montgomery County. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Lillian Trainer Richardson of Stewart; and two sisters, Mrs. Della Clark and Mrs. Alphia McGarrh, both of Stewart. Pallbearers were James Richardson, Robert Jarrell, J. W. Trainer, Lester Barrentine, Everett Richardson and Luther Richardson, Jr. The Winona Times May 25, 1967 Obituary was contributed by member # 47538669.
