V. Jacquelyn O'Dell, 60, Kansas City in Clay County, died Jan. 30, 1992, in Truman Medical Center. She was a lifelong Kansas City resident. Mrs. O'Dell was a secretary at the Phillips Hotel before she retired. Survivors include two sons, Steve Fyke, Kansas City, and Douglas Fyke, Englewood, Colo.; a sister, Lois J. Hall, Arnold, Md.; a granddaughter and a great-granddaughter. Services will be at 7 p.m. Tuesday at the Sheil Independence Avenue Chapel; private burial in Black Oak Cemetery Braymer, Mo.
