Frank E. Fisher, Jr 1934-2022 CWO Frank E. Fisher, Jr. (US Army Retired) was born on December 28, 1934 passed away at his home in Colorado Springs, Colorado on June 12, 2022. Long time resident of Colorado Springs, Frank was born in Indianapolis, Indiana. Frank entered the service after high school and retired in 1977. Frank was preceded in death by his wives Erica in 1996 and Betty in 2015. Also Frank was preceded in death by his daughter, Virginia in 2012 and step daughter Billie Jo Osburn in 2016. Frank is survived by grandson Damian Clasby. Frank's funeral arrangements are in the care of Dove Witt Family Mortuary, 6630 S. US Highway 85/87, Fountain, CO 80817. A funeral service for Frank will be held Tuesday, June 21, 2022 from 2:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Dove-Witt Family Mortuary, 6630 S. US HWY 85/87, Fountain, CO 80817, followed by a visitation from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM.
